LEGO.com is a consumer shop, not a verified business procurement channel. Its terms restrict business/resale purchases. We confirm an appropriate third-party supply route, or quote assembly of a customer-owned kit, before accepting an order.

Assembly planning
6–8 weeks
An estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Sourcing and shipping are additional. The agreed start depends on a complete kit and available assembly capacity.
We confirm the kit contents, assembly scope, support needs and delivery arrangement before accepting an order.
Important for this model
The version matters.
Only the light brick included in the official kit is covered; additional lighting is separate.

Required fields are marked *. No card details or full street address needed. A customer-owned kit or alternative brick version can be mentioned in the note.
Before a purchase
Big models. Clear expectations.
What does a model-and-assembly price cover?
A newly sourced kit in the confirmed configuration, the agreed standard assembly, parts sorting, progress updates, finished-model photographs, and a final visual inspection. Electronics are checked only where included in the agreed scope. The quote specifies the finish and included accessories. These are BINGSERV asking prices or planning budgets, not claims of collectible resale value.
What is additional?
Protective packing or crating, outbound shipping, applicable taxes, any separately itemized import charges, display cases, optional lighting, upgraded stands, custom finishes, and on-site setup are additional unless expressly included in the written quote. We agree on any price or scope change before proceeding.
Is anything in stock at BINGSERV?
These are made-to-order inquiries, not a stockroom of completed builds. Supplier availability is a dated research snapshot and can change. We verify a complete kit, instructions, legitimate sourcing, replacement support, and assembly capacity before accepting an order. Some suppliers take a single payment but still deliver parts over many months.
When will it be ready?
Each page gives an estimated assembly window, not a guaranteed delivery date. The written schedule accounts for procurement and begins at the agreed start once the necessary parts and capacity are secured. Supplier preorders, replacement parts and transit can add time. We contact you about material delays and the available options.
Will it ship in one piece?
We assemble and inspect before shipment. Delicate or oversized sections may be protected and packed separately. We agree on transport, any shipping insurance, final reconnection, access requirements, and the transit-damage process before payment. A one-piece shipment or on-site installation is not included unless expressly quoted.
What happens after I send the form?
We contact you, review supply and feasibility, and provide a written quote covering the selected model, full price, payment schedule, any deposit, cancellation/refund terms, and delivery arrangements. You approve the terms before payment. An inquiry takes no payment, creates no confirmed order, and does not reserve a build slot. No non-refundable deposit or all-sales-final condition is imposed by the form.
Are these official LEGO or manufacturer assembly services?
BINGSERV is an independent assembly and fulfillment service, not an endorsed or authorized assembly partner of the model brands or entertainment-property owners. LEGO-branded listings identify genuine LEGO sets; the Galactica standard offering uses third-party compatible bricks. A custom design built with genuine LEGO parts does not become an official LEGO set. All brand and property names belong to their respective owners.
What do the promotional images show?
The black-and-gold banners are AI-generated concept artwork, not exact kit photographs or evidence of a completed BINGSERV build. Shape, dimensions, colors, lighting, scenery, stands, and accessories can differ. The linked supplier photographs, exact kit number, and written specification define what is being quoted—not the artwork.
What is a specialist-review project?
Large metal, traditional wooden, painted, or electrically complex projects require a suitable builder and an agreed finish specification. Their displayed figures are indicative budgets, not accepted fixed-price commissions. We confirm the necessary skills, workspace, equipment, supply and safe handling before accepting any project. These are adult display projects with small parts; some contain magnets, electronics, sharp details or substantial weight.
